Architectural Wall Systems co., winner of several “AIA Excellence in Craft” Awards, specializes in the design and manufacturing of custom curtain wall systems using the rain screen principle. For more than 15 years AWS has designed, engineered, manufactured and installed unitized curtain walls, glass walls, metal walls, stone walls, precast walls, skylights, canopies and rain screen cladding throughout the Midwest and will work nationally for the appropriate opportunities.

Nathan Burgod, Rob Greiner, Ryan Haaland and Kelly Portz have all achieved Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design accreditation.

In February, AWS was recognized for being a finalist for the 2009 Outstanding Safety Achievement Award in the Subcontractor category by Iowa OSHA and Master Builders of Iowa.
